The Hotel that ‘Rocked ‘– The former Sheraton Hotel Potts Point, famous forhosting the Beatles in their tour down under. The glory days of the hotel had gone and a new lease on life was needed. With the success of our other hotel conversions, we initiated the development assessment, its acquisition, DA, stratification, building works and resales.
